About Can Filling Machine Sourcing

Can Filling Machine Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner for US plant buyers who need factory quotations on dedicated can filling machine equipment. We collect specifications, quantity and destination, circulate a consistent brief, and return comparable replies. We do not manufacture fillers, hold warehouse stock, or borrow a factory identity. Installation, seam quality, fill-loss results and acceptance remain supplier and buyer responsibilities.

Evidence policy

The buyer owns process intent, representative cans and beverage, and the commercial award. We publish comparison methods, not unverified cans-per-minute, certifications or discount percentages. Supplier documents are requested for a named RFQ; they are not this site’s credentials.
Evidence policy: Design input

What we can circulate is only what the buyer can show: can-body drawing or measured diameter and height, end type, beverage description, product temperature, carbonation, target fill volume, quantity, destination, electrical supply and whether the seamer is reused. Public equipment pages that separate can formats from filling-head counts are useful reminders to keep those fields apart; they are not production proof for this RFQ. We do not invent a factory audit, an ISO claim or a seam-strength number to fill a gap.

Supplier answer

A usable reply names the can-end combinations covered by tooling, lists seam gauges and inspection training as included or extra, and describes how fill loss and oxygen pickup will be measured on the named beverage. If a bidder restates speed without temperature and carbonation, that restatement is incomplete evidence. Certificates attached to a factory remain that factory’s documents. We will not republish them as if Can Filling Machine Sourcing had been audited.

Open deviation

Deviations stay written: missing gauges, an unpriced slim-can change part, a trial that uses water instead of product, or a freight term that omits the seamer crate. We do not close those gaps by guessing. The buyer decides whether to accept the deviation, request a revision or stop the RFQ. No numerical saving versus “market price” appears here because this site has no same-scope quotation evidence for that claim.

Tell us whether this is a pad replacement or a new cell

Role limits stay the same either way: we coordinate quotes; the factory confirms feasibility; the buyer accepts the record.
